spark.

i’d like to preface this post by saying that my excitement over this product is real, but it may be a bit much because i just consumed my first spark since pre-pregnancy. so please don’t judge my over excited self. haha.

this stuff. it was my go-to before being a mommy and i can’t imagine that it won’t be my go-to now that i’ve entered motherhood.

what is spark? spark is a mental focus and energy drink. it’s sugar free. oh yeah. and it has more than 20 vitamins, minerals and nutrients. one of my favorite things about spark is that it doesn’t make you feel cray cray. it only contains 120 mg of caffeine in one serving so if you’re breastfeeding, you’re good to go with spark. most experts say that you shouldn’t have more than 300mg of caffeine per day while breastfeeding. so get your spark on, mommy. or in the slightly modified words of zac efron from high school musical (and yes, i’m quoting hsm)…

don’t be afraid to drink that spark once a day
